Policy Overview
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition Requirement: All items must be returned in new, unused, and unfired condition with all original packaging and components. Any signs of assembly, modification, or use will void the return.
- Authorization Required: You must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns received without a valid RMA will not be processed.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different item at no additional charge, provided the original item meets the return conditions.
- Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost to you upon verification.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, email our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your RMA is issued, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our Phoenix facility. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post.
