This raw aluminum 80% lower comes straight from the forge with no anodizing or coating – just bare 7075-T6 aluminum ready for your preferred finish. The fire/safe markings are already engraved, saving you a step in the build process. Everything else matches our standard forged lowers: mil-spec dimensions, broached magwell, and full compatibility with common AR calibers.
The unfinished surface gives you options. Cerakote it yourself for a custom look, leave it raw for a utilitarian build, or hit it with some rattle can camo that’s easy to touch up. Just remember raw aluminum oxidizes over time unless sealed. This isn’t the lower you want if you’re looking for something ready to assemble out of the box – it needs finishing work before putting it into service.
